Never before have I been so moved by a documentary to think that I would actually make substantial changes to my lifestyle. Forks Over Knives has forced me to reexamine the way I eat, and it brought on tremendous changes, beginning with a vegetarian diet, and ultimately leading me to the plant-based diet I now follow.
While this blog is focused on a plant-based diet, I have somehow been spellbound by agricultural policy and our food system, so look for those items under the category “Big Issues.”
